27. Setting Customer Chat on landing page

When set up Customer Chat on landing page, you can:

• Track which landing page a customer came from

• Customers can chat with the shop right on the landing page

Step 1. Create Customer chat on Botcake

Access Botcake on link: https://botcake.io/

Tool -> Create new Tool -> Customer Chat

Create new Flow or choose create new

Authenticate landing page

and Save

Step 2. Create Customer chat Config

Intergations -> Botcake -> Connect Botcake.io -> Customer Chat -> Continue

Select Page -> Select Customer chat config -> save

Step 3. Connect customer chat config to landing page

On the Builder : Click setting -> Page configuration -> select Customer chat

Publish and check
