The feature allows users to send Whatsapp messages to a business's number immediately after placing an order

• Flow: User places an order -> Returns to WA with a pre-written message containing order information -> User clicks send message to business -> Business continues to advise customers

Click on the edit icon next to WhatsApp Phone -> Edit the message template as desired

• Note: The asterisks at the two ends of a text block are used to capitalize that text block
