2.2 Check Facebook pixel
Errors with the Facebook Pixel
The conversion on the camp are less than the number of orders in the Landing Page
The conversion on the camp are more than the number of orders in the Landing Page
1. The conversion on the camp are less than the number of orders in the Landing Page
1.1 Check Draft Form
Draft Form : The customer has left a phone number in the registration form but has not yet clicked submit the form for some reason (hesitant, forgot to press the button, ...)
Fomular: the orders on camp = total orders - draft form
1.2 Check conversion measurement settings
Check the conversion settings in the form
Check conversion event on the camp: The conversion event must match tracking event on the form
Ex: On form is set up tracking event "Complete Registration" -> On Camp you have to set up Conversion event "Complete Registration"
1.3 Check domain in pixel's whitelist
Note*: Your domain name must be whitelisted or not on the pixel's blocked list -> Events from the domain fired on the pixel will be recorded
2. The conversion on the camp are more than the number of orders in the Landing Page
2.1 Check setting redundant events in Landing Page
In some cases, users may mistakenly set the conversion event to other elements such as buttons, items, etc. When the customer clicks on that element, it is also recorded by the Facebook Pixel and counted as 1 turn. transition -> Need to check the tracking events of these elements, especially buttons
Check the events in the page at: Setting -> Events
Button is set up tracking event
2.2 Check over setting of events with Facebook's tool
Note: Users do not need to install a pixel using Facebook's "Event Setup Tool". Webcake has supported default and custom events, users can install it directly in Webcake's editor
If setting with "Set up Events " has the disadvantage that when a visitor clicks a button in the form without completing enough information to submit the form, the Facebook Pixel still catches and counts as 1 conversion -> User does not need to be installed using "Event Setup Tool"
