5. Upsell

Usage:

Radio field: Use for combos -> The purpose is for customers to buy more products, usually 2 or 3 products
Group select fields: Customers choose to buy many products then many options are displayed for customers to choose
Usage: Customers choose to buy 1 product -> display 1 row of products, customers choose to buy 2 products -> display 2 rows of products,...

You can display information right in the order form by using form keys:

Text box -> Advanced -> Form param -> Add param -> Target "Dynamic form value" -> Choose form -> Choose form display keys

You can setup promotions to show

Dashboard -> Landing pages -> Landing page setting -> Pancake POS -> Order settings -> Add promotions

Ignore promotions for free and upsell products

You can display upsell products for customers to buy more right in the order form as shown below

You can add option surcharge in form

Upsell in popup after ordering: Order completed -> Open popup -> Let customers choose more products to order

Note:

The upsell form needs to have a hidden phone number field so that the order can be merged with the previous form order
Need to enable "Autofill form in popup" option

Note: In addition, you can also redirect to the thank you page to upsell the product

You can display order information on a thank you popup or thank you page

Text box -> Advanced -> Form param -> Add param -> Target "Default param" -> Choose form display keys
Order information will automatically be combined from customer orders, including upsell products

Note: Additionally, you can display order information on a thank you page

Dashboard -> Landing page setting -> Pancake POS -> Enable "Merge form data dubplicate phone number"
