28. Survey

Using Survey, you can produce inquiries, client surveys, and client preference data that will be transmitted to your data storage channel.

Step 1 Create Survey element

Click Cart -> Survey

Step 2 Design element

• Set up UI : background, font, type,...

• Hover UI, selection UI

• Crate list option

Step 3 Connect Survey to Form

Using Text Input field to receive value of Survey

Click Form -> Add -> Text Input

Connect Survey to Text Input field

-> Publish
