1.2.C. Send order information via WA directly
The feature allows users to send Whatsapp messages to a business's number immediately after placing an order
Flow: User places an order -> Returns to WA with a pre-written message containing order information -> User clicks send message to business -> Business continues to advise customers
1. Setup Webcake form
You need to prepare a Webcake landing page, and an order form
Add Whatsapp number in form:

Click on the edit icon next to WhatsApp Phone -> Edit the message template as desired
Note: The asterisks at the two ends of a text block are used to capitalize that text block
3. Users send messages to shop after submitting the form
